Just finished the Bali Java bike tour with Cocos Travel.
Super nice, also very well organized bike tour through Bali and Java.Have seen and experienced a lot. Very varied. Our guide was fantastic, told us a lot about the country and its people.
Also has a great knowledge of the plant world.
We were very well accommodated, some super nice hotels.
There is also nothing to complain about about the cost of food.
I highly recommend this trip and Cocos Travel. -

We had booked an extraordinary & extremely INDIVIDUAL BIKE & HIKE & TOUR through BALI in April of this year with Werner.
A small fine group, 3 friends, Ute & Joachim from Germany, John from USA, finally wanted to leave after 3 years. Wait to fulfill your dream, even tap with subsequent SULAWESI BIKE TOUR.
The abundance of EXPERIENCES was terrific, without daily travel book entries and PHOTOS sorting and sharing with friends, I would not have been able to keep up with "PROCESSING" !!
Very elaborate program in BALI, fantastically put together by Werner, many individual tours summarized in a string of pearls.
Great variability of accommodation, from 4 star hotel in SANUR , to an extraordinary boutique hotel Bali BOHEMIA UBUD & exotic clamping almost everything was represented!
Absolute coincidental highlights were spontaneous experiences that may have been one of the largest CEREMONIES on the FULL MOON DAY ... suddenly we were standing in it with our bikes, directly gamelan musicians and Balinese women carrying offerings came towards us on our bike path / road !! Stop and see what the hell is going on... For a long time we followed the " train " through the lush green. PADDIES!!!
NEVER FORGETTING EVER THESE AMAZING IMPRESSIONS !!

Dear Werner, a short feedback on our wonderful bike tour through the north of Sulawesi, a region of Indonesia that impresses with its originality off the beaten track. Michael and his motivated team accompanied us excellently and were always there when they were needed. Both our visit to Rudi, the schnapps distiller, as well as the rafting tour and the hike through the national park were real highlights in addition to the sometimes challenging bike routes at 35 degrees. Our group of 6 has really grown together and now we are full of great memories of this great tour back in Germany. I would like to thank you and your team once again for the wonderful trip to Sumatra! It was a fantastically beautiful trip. My third tour was once more than adventurous, the beautiful tours with fantastic views of volcanoes, vegetables and fruit plantations the Batak villages and its stories, the trekking tour on the volcano Sibayak and the unforgettable trekking tour in the jungle. The visits to bustling markets.... and and and. Simply great the experiences and the great time we all spent together.

I was on the tour in Sumatra in September 2022. It was a fantastically beautiful trip. Sumatra is a beautiful island. The trip was so varied and adventurous. Bike tours to Sinabung volcano, volcano climbs, shower trekking tour to the orangutan, overnight stays in tents simply everything was included. A super great trip and of course again with so many great people:-) an unforgettable adventure! Thank you Werner and Surya until next time:-) -

Two weeks Bali and Java in October, departures through the jungle, fish evenings on lonely beaches, spewing volcanoes, colorful underwater worlds. We will be back and would be happy if it works out in October to the island of the gods. We would be there!

Hello Werner, thank you again on this way for the extraordinary 3 days on the tour to the volcanoes Bromo-Ijen on Java. We had super much fun. In addition, we have brought home a lot of experiences in the luggage. Even though we were not on the bike, you brought us closer to nature, the country, its people and their culture. Especially the Ijen sulfur mine and its workers made a big emotional impression on us. But also the sunrise over the Bromo is a lasting memory that we will remember for a long time. I wish you, Mardi and Domu, who did a great job and were great guides, many more eventful tours with guests who are up for adventure and special experiences with you. All the best for the future and who knows, maybe our paths will cross again.

I have already participated in several bike tours through Cocostravel and was already convinced on the first trip of the program and that what we were offered everything so! Whoever says that the tours are not varied, is cycled through the country with closed eyes and closed mind! With no other means of transportation you can get so close to the country and its people as with the bike!
In addition, the bikes are top, well maintained and meet German standards. The logistics over all tours always worked perfectly and the staff of Cocostravel have become friends... Bottom line, highly recommended, individual and no mass tourism sell-out! Perfect. Thanks for many great tours and keep up the good work! Martin -

In March 2018, I did the Bali/Java tour and I am really enchanted by it. Because it was a first class nature experience, which allowed an immersion in a world of which I believed that it no longer exists. Werner as a guide knows every nook and path here and leads a group optimally. He deserves top marks in every respect. His supervision on tours through untouched nature is really a top performance, which I can only strongly recommend to everyone. I take home unforgettable days as a memory - the motto "bike your dreams" is not exaggerated, but fully achieved.

Thank you for this dream day! At nine o'clock we started - from Ubud to the royal tombs. Werner picked us up on time. Everything was perfect! And we are so glad that we decided exactly for this tour with Cocos Travel and not for one of the many other tourist downhill actions that are offered to you in Ubud at every corner. Our children (18, 18, 15) also thought: it could not have been better and were still raving about it the whole evening. The tour was diverse, colorful, beautiful and super organized. The bikes were in top shape, ran round through rice fields, small roads, paths and villages. Werner knows the country like the back of his hand, he knows where and when there is something interesting to discover, whether it is a private house ceremony, a cockfight or the sneak path to the waterfall, where the bathing place belongs to you alone. Besides, he can tell you everything you want to know about the country. And eating at the waterfall, with your hands out of the banana peel - it can't taste any better! Thank you Werner! Unfortunately, our vacation is already over. Would have liked to extend a few days with you Dear Werner Bali to circumnavigate by bike. A dreamlike tour through dreamy villages and rice terraces. The tour Bali-Java still has an effect. A perfect organization, very good hotels and a great team. We enjoyed the trip very much. We think back with pleasure. And every day was exciting. Whether a trip through the rainforest, the sulfur workers, dream beaches all to ourselves, showering under the waterfall and the inflatable boat rally with the Japanese tourists. All around everything was great.
