For more than 8 weeks we are now back in everyday life, but still the great impressions of our "Bali-Java Bike Adventure" are very present. Dear Eni, dear Werner, our third trip with you - this year on Sumatra - is already history since a few days. And like already after the Bali Java Tour or the after the island hopping to the Komodo dragons, we landed full of colorful impressions back home.

For an untrained person like me, the Sumatra tour was a real challenge. And for you this year probably also.

I only think of our spontaneous emergency accommodation on the edge of the rainforest, which set a whole village community in motion when 10 completely soaked cyclists were stranded in the warung of the village. of the village.

This shows the improvisational talent of the Indonesians and the Cocostravel team.

Or I think of the overnight stay in the royal palace. Only the Cocostravelwerner can come up with something like that. But now the village knows the Lauterbacher Schnapps from the Erzgebirge and can sing can sing: "There is no beer in Hawaii..."

And we know that nothing can shake us anymore.

But every effort was worth it. We had so many funny, interesting, unexpected encounters and experiences - no one can take them away from us. What a unique, varied trip! I have the beautiful bike trails through the rice fields, over the coffee plantations or the 10 km long single trail through the Jungle enjoyed to the fullest. Also the warmth of the Balinese has amazed me again and again!

Many thanks to Werner and his team for the great trip, which we were able to experience thanks to their experience with many highlights. The trip also had a lot of room for spontaneous experiences like the wedding ceremony with the 2000 guests ... It was incredible!

I have participated in the bike tour Bali/Java in August 2014 and can highly recommend this trip!!!

The highlight in general is to experience Bali and Java away from tourism, which is especially good by bike. The many beautiful nature experiences, the good food, sometimes quite simple on a market, a spontaneous coffee drink with Balinese coffee farmers, beautiful, lonely beaches, the sulfur volcano, children who greet you everywhere laughing with "hello the good team spirit with the other participants, the wonderful team.... I could list many more things, many experiences I will always remember with pleasure. And also the cycling itself was fun and you don't need to be afraid of the mountains.

Happy memories and a lot of pictures are the things we took home from Bali. Thanks to Ram and Mardi from Cocos travel we enjoyed our cycling holiday. In March I had the great experience to explore Bali and Java with friends and the Cocos Travel team. explore. It was a huge experience. So close you can explore the country probably only on the bike. Beautiful landscapes, nice inhabitants and a super Cocos Travel team, consisting of Werner, Wayn, Mardi and Ram! What more could you ask for? It was not only cycling, but also a super social program. Rarely have I been offered so much on tours. One should not dismiss Bali and Java as "flat islands". islands", but with a little bit of fitness, it can all be done. By the way, with the temperatures in Indonesia, cycling is quite nice, because you always have some breeze that cools. I can certify the Cocos Travel team: everything done right!!! On the bike through Bali & Java

We are now four days back home and our everyday life is accompanied by the experience Bali-Java. These many impressions must first be processed. The Cocos Travel team has taken care of everything. Our task was actually only to accept the whole thing, sit on the bike and pedal off! Hello dear Cocostravel Team,

Meanwhile almost 2 weeks have passed, in which I got used to the German everyday life again. But in my heart I will not forget this adventure in Indonesia so quickly forgotten. Especially Wayan has made the Toi unique. His joy of life and his pride could be felt from the first minute.

After 3 weeks I can behauten a new friend there to have found. In addition, the Mardi, which also provided on the car ride for fun in Indonesian traffic has.

Ultimately, Werner has managed to present and organize his new home in the best possible way. The bike offers the best possible way to immerse yourself in the country. The program is very varied (hiking, snorkeling, plantation visits and much more) so there is something for everyone. The accommodations were also very very cozy.

In the end I only have to say: "Terimah Kassi" for a wonderful trip. I hope I will see one or the other again, because I know: I will come again to Indonesia.
